Treeview folder checked state not initialized correctly #10

On project load, treeview folders that contain only checked nodes should
also be checked -- this seems to be broken currently.

Fixed.  Also added logic to auto-expand on load any nodes that contain some, 
but not
all, checked files nested beneath them.
