[calendar] Importing calendars timesout and makes events a day early #797

I.  Issue Description: When Importing a calendar ics file with multiple events, 
importing times out and upon resync, events are shown a day early

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Import ICS file with multiple events.
2. Page / script hangs.
3. Resync of calendar shows events a day early than they are supposed. 
Something on the 4th of July will show up as 3rd of July for an example.

I have specified with multiple events as I imported a ics file with one event 
and it work as expected. The lowest amount of events that triggered the stall 
was 46 events. I have nothing smaller other than one event.

Duplicate the issue @ http://s2.myroundcube.com and send the ics file.

The timeout issue can be fixed yourself when you make sure that your server 
allows set_time_limit(0).

It is allowed. I configured that years ago as I run some huge weather
scripts.

I hope for your understanding that I'm not able to work on things which I can't 
replicate. Either you duplicate the issue on https://s2.myroundcube.com or you 
provide me with another system where I can be duplicated.

Closing as "works for me". Re-open the ticket in case of any news that might 
help on replicating this issue.

It works now. There has been a couple updates since then on various
plugins, so no telling.
