[calendar] - Add new Calendar #798

I.  Issue Description: Adding new calendar fails.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Click plus sign to add caldav calendar
2. Fill in appropriate fields, click save
3. Error comes up "Failed to save changes. Failed to establish connection. 
Please check your data."

I got same error at https://s2.myroundcube.com

I need the calendar data to verify your report. I just checked with one of my 
CalDAV calendars and it works.

The plugins checks if it is able to connect to the calendar and if not the 
error is shown. I don't think there is a bug.
