[calendar] - Hide the URL for ICS (birthdays calendar)

Please provide any additional information below.

Implement new configuration key to hide the URL for ICS calendar where the user 
must be logged in (in this case the birthdays calendar). This feature does not 
work for virtual calendars such as "Birthdays". It only works for calendars 
where events are stored in the vevent database table.
