FieldPropertyDescriptor constructor is broken #19

The FieldPropertyDescriptor constructor is broken. Anything that attempts to 
use it will fail with a cast exception, for attempting to cast an object[] to 
an Attribute[]. Attached is a fix.

I am glad to see people are still looking at this code! I currently cannot pull 
your patch into the code without quite a bit of setup and I am rather busy 
now-a-days. However, if you are interested, please contact Mike.Popoloski to 
become a committer on this project.
