Revamp Instruction Page

The current rules/instruction page is too wordy and complex for our target demographic. We need to redo it so that it is more concise and includes relevant pictures/icons to help players better understand how to play the game.

Possible ideas:

• Icon legend
• Cartoon demonstrating gameplay
• Swipable/scrollable screen depicting app flow

Notes from 8/23 Meeting:

• Will come up when player plays for the very first time
• Use current instructions button to show this pop up on demand over home screen as well
• Consider alternative placement/sizing of instructions (and scores) buttons
