Publish the firmware for this device as free software #2

Ideally we should host it in a new github repository such as https://github.com/portalmod/mod-hw-footswitch-firmware

But there's a chance the codebase of the firmware for this device can be shared with the expression-pedal fw (and also other similar devices).
