wrong symbol of MMBT3904 part #8

The base and emitter are swapped. The right pinout is: 1: base 2: emitter 3: collector

Schematic symbol fixed. The PCB footprint has to be fixed, as well.

This was fixed by the PCB re-routing done in commit 4ffff69364a417f46f68a6fc427e7ffdc3dc81fe
