ePiano noise when control parameters using midi controller's modulation wheel #48

Let me first say I'm not sure the problem is with ePiano plugin or with my midi-controller (M-Audio Keystation 49e) or with modduo. Anyway, if I'm using ePiano synth and assign my midi controller's modulation wheel to any parameter (e.g. hardness or fine tuning, or even to modulation itself), then I notice some noise whenever I adjust the modulation wheel. I was wondering if maybe my midi controller is outputting bad messages, but when I inspect aseqdump's messages when connect keyboard to computer, I don't see anything unusual (I see the value it prints out is constantly incrementing by one when I move the wheel). Also oddly, I don't hear any noise when I reassign the midi controller's volume slider to any parameter of the ePiano plugin. I don't quite know what is going on, or if this is a big issue, and I'm not sure this is the appropriate place to report this. I suspect the waveform has a discontinuity whenever the wheel is moved (although I haven't investigated that yet). I don't notice this same issue on the Calf Studio Monosynth.

This is very likely an issue with the ePiano plugin.

The NICK synth has similar problems, when adjusting midi volume it crackles horribly!
