Make custom GMaps GControls show and work on GE3D Map #56

Currently only the intrinsic GMaps GControls work when the GMap map type is set 
to GE3D. Custom controls derived from GControl should continue to work too.

It's unlikely that any new features like this will be added to Maps V2, now 
that it's deprecated.  This is a good suggestion to include in the existing 
feature request for Earth integration in Maps V3 (see 
http://code.google.com/p/gmaps-api-issues/issues/detail?id=1480)
