Plasma turret prerequisites #218

Plasma turrets looked like they were available much earlier than they actually were because there was no prerequisite on Blue metal catalyst. This meant that an additional 10~ blue science techs were required.

Blue Metal Catalyst > Sodium Perchlorate > Lithium Perchlorate > Lithium-ion Battery > Plasma Turret 1

Solution:

  1. Make Plasma Turret 1 take Battery rather than Lithium-ion Battery
  2. Make Plasma Turret 2 take Lithium-ion Battery rather than Silver Zinc Battery
  3. Create new tech Chlorine Processing 4
    • Prerequisites:
      1. Chlorine Processing 3
      2. Advanced Chemistry 3
      3. Sodium Processing
    • Recipe Unlocks:
      1. Sodium Chlorate
      2. Sodium Perchlorate
      3. Perchloric Acid
    • Tech Unlocks:
      1. Rocket Booster 2
      2. Lithium Processing
    • Science Packs:
      1. Red
      2. Green
      3. Blue
  4. Make Plasma Turret 1 take Cobalt Steel Plate rather than Invar Plate (so it isn't available too early in Blue Science)
  5. Make Plasma Turret 2 take Titanium Plate rather than Cobalt Steel Plate
  6. Make Plasma Turrets 1 tech depend on Advanced Cobalt Steel Smelting 1
