Even Distribution compatibility #293

Even distribution adds default logistics requests. It uses these for clearing trash from inventory (on key press). Some like coal make no sense. Replace with more sensible defaults:

Crushed stone 0:0
Crushed stiritite 0:0
Crushed saphirite 0:0
Stiritite Ore 0:0
Saphirite Ore 0:0
