To enable the combination pump/"miner" that angelsrefining uses for for the heavy pump to allow modules, a custom watery resource is created. The mapgen would remove it, leading to a crash in a new install.
There's a separate/related issue for previous installs that will probably require some sort of migration, but I haven't started digging into that yet. More to come?
