Fixes to make mod basically functional. I also added the new tech "bob-electronics" to account for vanilla electronics now being at the top of the tree, which caused a prereq loop. I've started integrating this new tech into the tree, but there is likely much more that needs to be done in mods that aren't ready yet, like Logistics.
I've also replaced "advanced-electronics-3" with "advanced-processing-unit". This change should be reflected in all mods going forward.
