[GDXHTML-8] Support <head> parsing #15

Support for parsing HEAD section and possible children.

@Mirgurth @Yanatrill do you think that is enough inside head? Is there any meta data necessary to add for class?

Stub for head tag was created. Now i'll start implementing this section.
