Add all license files to better assist tool vendors in distribution of source or binary files #313

This PR adds the license files of both the own work and the dependent third-party open-source licenses.

  1. This in preparation of MCP-0029 to better support tool vendors when distributing (derived work of) the Modelica DeviceDrivers.
  2. Furthermore, distribution of binaries-only files (e.g., library dependencies for LCM or OpenSSL) requires to mention/list/retain the original license. This was not the case yet.

This PR goes along with the related PR https://github.com/modelica/ModelicaStandardLibrary/pull/3376 for MSL.
