Update to latest msgpack-c release v1.4.2

Run by command git subtree pull --prefix=MessagePack/Resources/C-Sources/msgpack-c https://github.com/msgpack/msgpack-c cpp-1.4.2 --squash

Close #27.

I changed to merge 2.0.0 instead (calling a cmake project from the autotools since this is the major change in that version)
