Fix compilation for MSYS #14

Fix install section Use CMAKE_INSTALL_BINDIR, CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR and CMAKE_INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR instead of bin, lib and include. These variables have the default value of bin, lib and include so it will be same even if they are not set by user.
