There should be a convenience function

mlle_tool_return_all_features

and corresponding support in the communication protocol.

We would like to support the use case of having a single LVE binary for multiple Modelica libraries. This means that the LVE is unaware of the full list of features. The features are coming from the annotations in the Modelica libraries.
