Missing tests on element-wise addition, subtraction, multiplication and matrix/vector multiplication with empty arrays (10.7 applied on 10.6) #44

Tests with empty arrays (10.7) are only found in ModelicaCompliance.Arrays.Declarations, but numeric tests on element-wise addition, subtraction, multiplication and matrix/vector multiplication with empty arrays are completely missing.

Just to be clear: for non-element-wise matrix/vector multiplication we (now) have examples with empty arrays:
