Capacitor symbol is non-standard #1198

Reported by m.ceraolo on 3 Jul 2013 17:00 UTC The most widely accepted standards for symbols are IEC 60617 and IEEE 315. Both of them allow two capacitor symbols. The one chosen in MSL is "style 1" symbol. Now I consider style 1 symbol only. Looking at IEC and IEEE, with the visual resolution allowed by paper documents, it is rather clear that the correct ratio width/height is between 4:1 and 3:1. One of the most authoritative drawing programs, Microsoft Visio, uses a ratio 4:1

However, MSL uses a 2:1 ratio. I suggest to correct it to have a width/height ratio between 4:1 and 3:1 (I personally prefer 4:1).

I particularly enjoyed your unexpectedly humerous assertion regarding Clippy.
