Modify parameters of inverseDoublePendulum #218

...since the parametrs considered in the examples

M_LS2.Controllers.Examples.InverseDoublePendulum and
M_LS2.Controllers.Examples.InverseDoublePendulumWithObserver

are different to params in the base model M_LS2.Utilities.Plants.DoublePendulumInverse.
