fmusim crashes when simulating this FMU #491

Hi, fmusim (0.0.30) crashes if it is tried with the FMU located at https://github.com/altairengineering/fmus/blob/master/Altair-Activate/2.0/export/me/win64/ActivateRC/ActivateRC.fmu The FMU is simulated correctly with fmuChecker.
