Bearing from transmission to engine should be enabled by includeEngineBearing #46

Sorry, I had to reopen https://github.com/modelica/VehicleInterfaces/pull/45 since I branched from master on my fork.

For the description please go there.

BTW, I didn't realise if my issue was fixed actually.

In that case please close this issue as well.

IMO this is no "reopen" since my commits on #45 (see also https://github.com/modelica/VehicleInterfaces/pull/45#issuecomment-584625329) are dismissed. But I kindly ask @harmanpa if he can prove that comment.
