Update / remove entries in tools list #586

FMI Target for Simulink Coder: website does not exist any more
FMU SDK: no longer maintained
IGNITE: seem to be https://www.realis-simulation.com/products/ignite/ now
ISG-virtuos: new website https://www.isg-stuttgart.de/produkte/softwareprodukte/isg-virtuos
JFMI: last update April 28, 2013
Ansys Motion: links to Korean website
NeurEco: 404

@chrbertsch thanks for noticing me - I have opened https://github.com/modelica/fmi-standard.org/pull/595 to fix it, can you please review/approve (or let me know if anything needs to be adapted) ?

We should

define criteria when to remove a tool from the list
provide a reason for each removal proposal
give the tool vendors/prividers a chance to comment and/or update their entries before removal
