1 year ago Agreement that at least a minimal solution is needed for 1.0, to prevent exchange of STMD files with untouched place-holder documents with no way of detecting them. Minimal solution could be an attribute that indicates the place-holder nature of the resource, with or without the source being empty.
When creating an STMD file from template mechanisms, it might be beneficial to have a way to place resources into the file that are not yet existing, as a place-holder reminder. This is currently not really possible, hence support for a simple mechanism for this (i.e. allow empty source, and attribute indicating the place-holder nature) should be considered for 1.0.
