No pressure, just an idea for a third mod function, kind of a hybrid of existing two functions:
When you have an overloaded fillable in motion and it's damaged beyond 50% it starts to lose fillType.
Example: loading a 51% damaged trailer 20% over the weight limit, driving it "fast" (let's say over 20km/h) makes it randomly lose a unit of filltype every few or so meters, until it's back at a 100% limit.
The faster you go and the more damaged fillable = more frequent (or just bigger) spilling
Driving under "fast" speed still makes you lose filltype if damage is over 90%
To avoid losing filltype: drive slowly and/or repair your trailer.
