Error after installing Umbraco ModelsBuilder Custom Tool #96

I've installed Umbraco ModelsBuilder Custom Tool (also have the old VERSION 2.1.4.53 installed for older projects) and now I'm getting this error in Visual Studio 2012:

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Design, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

It's trying to load a Visual Studio 2015 (version 14.x) DLL in Visual Studio 2012. No idea why. Will look into it.

After this both versions didn't work. So I uninstalled the new version and now version 2.1.4 is working again.

Mmmm... so installing the new version killed the old version? Odd. Anyways, still have 2012 on my machine, will test.

Initial issue fixed. Now as to why the old 2.x breaks...
