add Kolors

Thanks for providing kolors support in our webui. However, we plan to merge the kolors_pipeline to sdxl_pipeline, so that the models based on SDXL (LoRA, IP-Adapter, AnimateDiff) can be used in Kolors. We will support kolors in the webui later.
