Excessive blank space when using meetings command #6

Issue: The meetings window created contained a lot of blank space. The actual area of the text is very small and only two line is visible to the user at a time.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Add some clients with meeting within a week
  2. Use the meetings command

Expected Result: The size of the window should reflect the length/size of the command result and be clearly visible to the user.

Actual Result: Only two line is displayed at a time (need to scroll to see other lines) while the window contain excessive white space on the top and bottom.
