Incorrect Extension numbering for UC04 #9

Issue: The numbering is incorrect for extension of use case 4 (missing extension 2). According to https://nus-cs2103-ay2324s2.github.io/website/schedule/week7/tutorial.html#1-exercise-on-requirements-pr-tracker, this is considered a bug.

Team's Response

The MSS is numbered correctly. The Extensions are also numbered correctly and branch off from their correct MSS step number. In this case, we included extensions for steps 1 and 3 but not for steps 2 and 4.

Do check this example below that we obtained from the course website.
