Map Interface is not intuitive/learnable #10

New users are completely at a loss when they first use the application: it
is not clear to users how they should add locations, or even set their
default location.

I think we should provide contextual help below the map, for example:
* When the user is zoomed out "Zoom in to add locations".
* When the user is zoomed in "Double click to add a location to the map".
* When the user first signs in "Double click to set default location".
