I was drafting the paper and thought that it would be good to have a comparison for the talus cylinder fitting. @renaultJB do you think the Parr's algorithm is implementable? I am concerned it wouldn't be robust for low quality bone geometries... See Figure 2 of their publication

Not feasible with low resolution geometries. Abandoned!.
