Description

Set randomizers for all boss fights:

May/Brandon:
- [x] Route 103
- [x] Route 110
- [ ] Route 119
- [x] Rustboro
- [ ] Lilycove
Gym leaders:
- [x] Roxanne
- [x] Brawly
- [x] Wattson
- [ ] Flannery
- [ ] Norman
- [ ] Winona
- [ ] Tate & Liza
- [ ] Juan
[ ] Team Magma and Team Aqua bosses
Elite Four:
- [ ] Sidney
- [ ] Phoebe
- [ ] Glacia
- [ ] Drake
- [ ] Wallace

Change the way boss fight randomizations work:

[ ] Use a distribution with falling probability density instead of a uniform distribution
[ ] Maybe add a cutoff for very rarely used mons
[ ] Take synergies between mons into account (use Smogon Emerald's team mate array, or create own score for type coverage)
[ ] Set EVs and IVs
