Big maintenance update:

Update cppfront sub-module
Update helpers to use newer CMake features for modules (3.30 around the corner; need this)

Closes #6 Closes #83 Fixes #137

I'm going to merge this to get folks un-stuck and up-to-date, but need to open issues for macOS timeouts and MSVC errors (that don't repro locally).
