docs: Update README. #5

This fixes #3 and #4.

I changed the layout a bit because tables are difficult to update. Especially when we have a "proposed solutions" column that has a list of solutions. I added software that implements a workaround and linked to the Gmail bug tracker. Maybe you want to add mox, too, if you needed to provide workarounds?
