Document what audit logs are, and what they are useful for
Document how to view audit logs
Document how to download audit logs and the format (CEF by RedHat is the only current one available)
Document other reports (recipes run, commits)

I took a look at what @kmccarp wrote and I thought it looked great. If there are issues or things missing in the future let me know - but, for now, I think this is fine to call done.
