Drop plugin documentation #67

We no longer recommend or support running the LST plugins; use the CLI instead.

Created this PR as a quick replacement for https://github.com/moderneinc/moderne-cli/issues/527

- [ ] likely remove the LST plugins
- [ ] potentially add (link) the Moderne CLI & mod-connect

Thanks for taking care of this and being on top of it all.

You're welcome; hadn't wanted to close an item on the devex board without a small fix here. Will you pick up the items laid out above in removing the plugins from the releases page and adding mod build before mod publish?

@timtebeek Yep - I can take care of those. Will make an issue for them now.
