This pull request introduces a few improvements for Maven users:

Basic instructions on README.MD
Added Maven wrapper
Removed filtering of jar files
Added an example on how to use maven dependency plugin to reproduce downloadRecipeDependencies gradle task
Added groupId for maven-failsafe-plugin and maven-surefire-plugin.

Awesome work here, thanks! Great to have an example on META-INF/rewrite/classpath for Maven as well, as we'd been lacking one so far.
