chore: prepare releases & move to main #381

What I did

  1. adjust pathes/urls from next.rocket.modern-web.dev to rocket.modern-web.dev
  2. remove alpha suffix from versions
  3. setup releases
  4. create to use main branch instead of next
  5. make main readme a little nicer
  6. add minimal migration guide for @rocket/cli
