I don't think pidgin in its current state we should include. There is a rewrite of pidgin in progress, when that is completed, we can consider it again. https://pidgin.im/development/building/3.0.0/ and https://developer.pidgin.im/milestone/3.0.0 gives some status.

Miranda NG seems to be active with a new release recently. https://wiki.miranda-ng.org/index.php?title=Changelog/0.96.2 Though when I choose Base Compliance: core in https://xmpp.org/software/ for platform Windows, Miranda NG is not listed - this data may be out of date, but we should consult with XSF before we add. It shows compliance for Mobile is complete.

For windows, client with base compliance core are: Astra Chat, Converse.js, Gajim, Kaidan, Profanity. You can check this yourself as well.

Spark had a recent release in last December. Psi and Psi+ has no data for compliance, so I think we should defer it till we verify their compliance.
