That's strange. Can confirm that the DLL is included in the release, and didn't encounter any similar issue during my testing.

Few questions: 1) Is this the latest release (0.10.0)? 2) Is this the standalone version or the "normal" version? 3) And the most common question of all: does this still happen after a reboot?
