Fixes #96.

TODO:

[x] Move flexmex_config one directory level up.
[x] Use constants in code for path names.

I removed the 'mappings' entry from experiment_paths.yml, as it really does not belong here. I defined it as a constant in the code for now. In my view, this is better than this quirky handling in experiment_paths.yml.
