Rename repository #151

To distinguish the generic functions of the oemof model structure and the simpler interface of pre- and postprocessing from the project's specifics, we want to rename this repo to oemoflex-flexmex (or oemof-flexmex)

Necessary adjustments:

extract generic functionality
adapt name setup.py
rename on github
