Fixes for experiment 2

Fixes #152 by introducing these changes:

  • Snakemake
  • Data version 0.06 to 0.09
  • Template version 0.07 to 0.09
• Distinguished mappings between FlexMex1 and FlexMex2
• Adapt mapping to new variable names in FlexMex data
• Distinguish heat central/decentral
• These components had to be split

• These components were assigned to either heat_central or heat_decentral

• In particular, this made changes necessary in

  • parametrization_scalars.py has new mappings
  • parametrization_timeseries.py accepts different mapping-input-timeseries
  • mapping-output-timeseries
  • mapping-output-scalars
  • postprocessing aggregates heat
• Variable costs in the defaults on some components to prevent "hidden curtailment"

• Other
  • parameters arte not stored any more after optimisation ?!
  • links are named similar to other components
  • Fix empty entries for initial storage level.

• Make heat storage (large and small) expandable
