Extra processing step for Flexmex output mapping #157

There should be an extra step outputting to 04_mapped and containing the desired FlexMex output. 03_preprocessed should keep oemoflex_scalars.csv and timeseries only. Timeseries still need to be output to 03_preprocessed.
