Changes to make them work again after latest merges and some left fixes.

[x] fix broken 'loss' parameters due to changes in UC 4e
[x] fix missing output timeseries
[x] duplicate lines of "Energy System Cost" in output Scalars.csv

The duplicate lines of "Energy System Cost" in output Scalars.csv are due to a faulty Scalars.csv template. Fixed with version from 2020/08/06 (again no new number!)

With fixed total system cost calculation, system costs in 2a and 2c only derive by less than 10%. In 2b there is still a huge derivation by factor 10 with DIETER, but not with REMix (only -1,5%).
