Upstreaming of functionalities #77

Part of the developments in oemoflex could be upstreamed to the oemof dependencies. E.g. the Bev facade and some generalizations in postprocessing.

For the Bev facade, it would be best to wait for the adaption of oemof.tabular to oemof v0.4.0, as this will enable us to simplify the class using GenericStorage's constant loss terms.
