Run with a subset of regions yields different results #90

We observed that we get different time series when optimizing with a subset of regions (say, AT, BE). Output scalars are not affected. Observed for use cases 7b and 3 (with storages), even after #81 (fixed costless curtailment via pumping (charging) and spillover (discharging with losses)).

Also after #91 the problem persists.
