Postprocessing: Replace FlexMex input scalars mapping dict by yaml file #94

This will replace the hard-coded mapping dict by a yaml file.

Path and file name for new yaml file chosen in line with #91. Tested with postprocessing step of use case 3.

We should consider using this mapping for update functions, too.

Checked against defaults. There has been a minor change for UC 3. Hydro reservoir profiles are now AT-hydro-reservoir_profile, not AT-hydro-reservoir-profile. This is good, because it is consistent.
